1. ORDERING

1.1 How do I Order for a product?

Select the product that you want to buy. Select the color or the size of that product. Go to the cart and proceed to checkout.

1.2 How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments from all major Payment wallets ( Paytm, Phonepe etc). You can also pay via Net banking and UPI.

1.3 I have a discount coupon code, how do I use it?

On the Checkout page there is an option to enter the discount coupon code. You can enter it there and redeem your discount.

1.4 How can I Change or Cancel my order?

Unfortunately you cannot cancel or change your order once its placed. We advise you to please check the order before placing it.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my orders be processed?

After receiving the order, our team takes 24 working hours to process your order. This excludes public holidays and weekends.

2.2 How much time does the delivery take?

We take a maximum time of 4 weeks, but there is always a possibility that you get your order before the maximum time.

2.3 Should I have to pay any Shipping fees or Custom duties at the time of delivery or while placing the order?

Shipping is free on all orders in India. The prices displayed on the website are the final prices which includes the all duties/taxes when we ship in India. On International orders, Shipping fees are applicable as per the Destination. Luxulo is not responsible for any Custom duties / tariffs on International orders. 2.4 How do I track my order?

You can track your orders by going to Order’s Tracking (Bottom of the home page) and enter your Order ID and registered email.

You will receive your Order notifications via Email on every step of process till the time it reaches your doorstep. For any assistance you can write to us at support@luxulo.in.

3. ORDERING

3.1 How will I get the invoice for the products I ordered?

When you place an order, you receive an order summary via email. After the delivery of the product you receive the invoice from our end via email. You can also download the invoice under “ORDERS”  in your account.

3.2 I want to buy something but my size or Color isn’t available?

Don’t worry. Just get in touch with us and one of our manager will surely assist you with the same.

3.3 How do I check the authenticity of the product?

Luxulo guarantees the authenticity of every product purchased from us. When we first receive the product, it goes through various authenticity checks, once approved, it is shipped to the customer. Regular Luxury shoppers can distinguish between authentic and counterfeit products merely by touching and feeling it. The customer can also take it to nearby showroom of the respective brand and get it checked or can also check by watching tutorials online.
